The Christmas Season

I love the weeks leading up to Christmas. Each year I anxiously await Christmas cards in the mail from friends, Christmas goodies that people bring into the office and seeing the excitement in children's eyes, driving around town enjoying the Christmas lights, our annual Church hayride, the unexpected gifts from friends and the parties we attend. But what I love the most about those weeks is reflecting on the birth of my Savior. As I think of the birth of Christ I can't help but think what if Christ had not been born over 2000 years ago. . . for without his birth there would not be everlasting life.
