Updates

Wow, I didn't realize it had been so long since I blogged. It's been a busy year. Can you believe that we are half way into January. Time really does fly when you are having fun!

Where to start. . . New Year's Eve I went actually stayed up to ring in the New Year. Bubba and I went to the Country Club and saw the New Year in with some friends. We had a great time dancing and just socializing with everybody.

New Year's Day we had lunch with mom and dad. Afterwards we visited with them for a while and then drove into town. That evening we had dinner with the Ramers and watched football. A nice way to spend New Year's Day (with family and friends).

This past Saturday was busy with Baseball sign ups and the AYSO Soccer Bar-B-Que. After we finished with those activities in the morning, Bubba and I went to Fort Myers to shop for him some new clothes. All the kids were off doing their own thing and it was nice to spend time just the two of us.

This weekend we travel to Ocala for the State Soccer Tournament. Angela will play on Saturday and Sunday, with the possibility of Monday if they go to the finals. Brock will be playing as well with his Dad coaching their team. It should be a fun weekend.

David will be going to Planet Wisdom ( a student conference) in Lakeland while we are in Ocala. This makes his 5th year attending this conference and is really looking forward to it.

Well that catches me up to this week.
